Impressed from the first time I phoned...

I wanted to let you know how happy I am that Shawn-Adam is enrolled at Eastern Hills.  I have said it before, but felt it necessary to formalize my feelings in writing.

I was impressed with the school from the first time I phoned asking for enrollment information.  I have been made to feel comfortable any time I had a question or a concern....  Either you or a member of your staff always made the time to speak with me.

As a working mother, I always feel a little guilty when I drop Shawn-Adam off at the school.  But that feeling is quickly washed away when I see Ms. Kim greet him with a cheery “Good Morning!” and give him a hug... It’s Great!!!  At his request, I usually walk him up to class.  Ms. Patricia is always smiling and is so welcoming and warm to each of us.  He is always happy to see Ms. Amy as well.  As busy as Ms. Patricia and Ms. Amy are, they always make time for me...  I am sure you are aware that I am constantly inquiring about Shawn-Adam’s behavior and aptitude!  I never leave wondering if he is in the right place or if he is getting an adequate education.

In the evening, I race to pick him up.. the days are so long!  Your staff-namely Ms. Jamie and Ms. Sue are fabulous...They are able to keep things running smoothly, without making you feel “Processed”.  Is Ms. Sue ever unhappy?????  You’d never know it if she was...She has the sunniest disposition and I have never seen her without a smile
