Today is the last day that Katie C. will be attending your school, as she will start kindergarten tomorrow.
I wanted to take this opportunity to formally thank you for the services of your employees and facility. We have been attendees on and off for several years. Between my daughter and my son, I believe that they have been exposed to just about all of your classes, teachers, and/or caregivers.
First, let me state that my expectations are great, as you are dealing with “my little darlings.” Rest assured that the quality of your staff has met and in most cases, exceeded all of my expectations.
Second, I am most impressed with the quality of education that has been provided to my children. Specifically, I am quite certain that Katie will be well ahead of most of the students with whom she will be starting public school. She is a five year old who not only has an excellent grasp of colors, numbers and alphabet, but has started to phonetically read simple books, such as those written by Dr. Seuss, and has a tremendous capacity for problem-solving on her own. Additionally, my two year old son Matthew, not only knows all of his alphabet and correctly counts to 15, or so; but he is almost potty trained! And! according to the network of Moms, is almost unheard of for boys of his age.
By way of background, my husband and I were divorced within the last two years and through diligent communication with your staff, we were able to fend off, or control, any and all adjustment problems associated with the emotional trauma of separating the household. I can only say that if Ms. Jodi and her staff had not been there to help pull my ex-husband and I through the particular time, there is no telling what mistakes we may have made. Her primary concern for our children and her daily check on their stability, well being and health, is appreciated more than I can convey by letter. The only thing I can say is that I truly respect and admire Ms. Jodi more today than I did the day I met her. Your staff enabled my ex-husband and I to focus on the children, not ourselves, and maintain the nurturing and love that they were accustomed to and entitled to, during that time of upheaval.
In closing, I simply want to say thank you. I am sure that you are well aware of the high points of your own business, however, a little bit of praise for a job well-done never hurts! Chances are excellent that Matthew will return to your facility next year to ready him for kindergarten. Also, I pledge to always support the good name of your services and staff, so please add me to your list of happy clients.
Good-bye from Katie, Eastern Hills, thanks for the start! Best wishes for continued success and prosperity, We remain,
Very truly yours,
Kimberly, Katie and Matt C.
